P&O Cruises Australia has launched a 28-night Australia Explorer itinerary (pictured), as part of its 2023/24 program.
Departing in Jun 2024, the cruise is a first-of-its-kind domestic sailing for P&O Australia, giving guests the chance to experience 11 iconic Aussie ports.
Pacific Explorer will host the inaugural voyage, which will depart from either Brisbane or Sydney, and visit Melbourne, Adelaide, Albany, Fremantle, Exmouth, Broome, Kuri Bay, Darwin, Cairns and Airlie Beach, along with a call at Ambon Island in Indonesia.
The cruise also includes scenic cruising of Yampi Sound and Raft Point in the Kimberley.
The sailing is expected to contribute an estimated $20 million in economic activity, including the combination of guest and crew spending, ship supplies and port-related costs, with opportunities to aid a wide range of rural destinations and suppliers, including farmers, tour operators and entertainers.
P&O’s new Australian Explorer cruise and 2023/24 program will go on sale next Wed – for more information, call 13 24 94.
