LAST MONTH HONG KONG’S DREAMS OF A NEW
cruise terminal got a step closer, with the
official laying of its foundation stone.
With its first berth set to become fully
operational by mid-2013, the new terminal
will be an iconic building at the centre of
Victoria Harbour capable of berthing the
world’s largest cruise vessels.
The milestone ceremony was attended by
over 200 guests, and officiated by Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region
Govt’s Chief Executive, Donald Tsang.
