will be glad to learn that Oceania Cruises has
debuted new a Grand Dining Room menu with
85 new choices onboard Riviera.
Inspired by “classic European fare” the
culinary line-up includes three new lobster
dishes, as well as 10 pastas and risottos.
Other menu highlights include Pancetta-
Wrapped Jumbo Shrimp with Kalamata Olive
Sauce and Vegetable Julienne, Roast Segovian
Suckling Pig with Rosemary Fingerling Potatoes
and Diver Scallops over Orange-Braised Endive
with Vanilla Vinaigrette Salad.
Health conscious cruisers are also catered for,
with a number of new Canyon Ranch dishes,
whilst new wines by the bottle and glass have
also been added to the offering.
