Captain Cook Cruises are giving passengers the chance to win an original drawing by Australian artist “Numskull” and a Captains Dinner for 10 people valued at $1390 to celebrate their Rhino, ‘Keratin Collectibles’ at Jetty 6 as part of their sponsorship of the Taronga Wild! Rhino project.
The Facebook promotion encourages passengers to take a photo of themselves with ‘Keratin Collectibles’, also designed and painted by Numskull, and post it on Captain Cook Cruises Facebook page. A weekly prize of a Hop On Hop Off Sydney Harbour Explorer cruise for two will be given away until 28 April, 2014 with the grand prize being drawn on 29 April 2014.
During this period passengers on the Zoo express, the most fun way to travel to Taronga Zoo Sydney, also receive a free upgrade to a Hop On Hop Off Sydney Harbour Explorer cruise 24 hour pass including Taronga Zoo entry and a 25% discount off entry into Western Plains Zoo Dubbo where live Rhinos can be seen. Rocket ferries depart every 45 mins from Circular Quay Wharf 6 and Darling Harbour Pier 26 and are $51.50 for adults and $25.50 for children including return rocket ferry, entry to Taronga Zoo and Sky Safari cable car.
“We are really proud to be involved in such a fantastic cause. Our hope is this promotion will raise awareness of the Taronga Wild! Rhino project and funds for rhino conservation”, says Richard Doyle, Head of Sales and Marketing, Captain Cook Cruises.
Taronga Wild! Rhino project helps raise critical funding for Taronga’s rhino conservation programs by bringing a stampede of Rhino sculptures to Sydney, Blue Mountains, Dubbo and the Central West region of NSW which will all be auctioned. Captain Cook Cruises “Keratin Collectibles” is on display at Circular Quay Wharf 6 until 28th April 2014.
